Explore our amazing menu and see what everyone is talking about! You’ll love the bold and authentic flavors that we have created for each dish. Our menu is unique; each item is 100% plant-based. We incorporate whole grains such as farro and quinoa, which add a punch of power-packed protein and mixed with fresh veggies, brings delight to every bite.
Our menu offers traditional Mexican fare, such as burritos, tacos, empanadas, and nachos, but all have been given a make-over, to bring more whole-food benefits to your dining experience. We also have a few menu creations that are pushing the boundaries of extraordinary; check out Melita’s Latin Skillet made with quinoa, lentil picadillo, and citrus portobello and our Ancho Spiced Street Tacos plate made with jackfruit. Whatever you choose, we know you’ll be saying this after you’re done: “Tastes Good – Feels Good!”

In 2001, at Mount Ori’Zaba near Mexico City, Mexico, we had an idea – to bring fresh, fast and delicious Mexican food to Las Vegas, Nevada.

As we have grown, we have added multiple Mexican Grill locations around the Las Vegas area. We have also expanded our menu of food specials. Today, Ori’Zaba’s features vegetarian meals, a gluten free menu, and even plant-based dinner options. And our expanding drink menu boasts the ZabaRita, our fresh take on the classic margarita! It’s perfect with our delicious build-your-own TACOS!
To feed the soul of every guest with old world Mexican flavors, made every day with care in our scratch kitchens, with the finest, freshest ingredients.
1) We hand chop everything, every day. Just how much chopping? 6,300 pounds of produce per restaurant per month.
2) Our cooks get schooled. They complete 21 learning courses before becoming Food/Safety/Quality Certified.
3) We get up with the sun to hand craft 11 mouthwatering sauces, salsas and dips. Our secret ingredient? Love (and an alarm clock).
4) There are nearly half a million combinations (not a typo) of entrees. That’s more combinations than the encryption of your social media password.
5) Over 91% of our menu is gluten free, 86% dairy free, 63% oil free. We got you!
6) Our team loves their job – it’s not braggin’ if it’s true. 1 out of 4 have been with us for over 7 years. And a 90% female management team!?! Unheard of!

Chef Mayra has been in the Food Industry for over twenty-four (24) years, and is trained in the Classic Culinary Arts and has Certifications in Sport Nutrition, Macrobiotic Cooking, as well as, Vegan, Holistic, and Feng Shui Cuisine. She started her career as a Cook and began learning and experimenting with recipes from various cultures, including French, Caribbean, Southern, Cajun, and West African cuisine. Early on she had the opportunity and the pleasure to work under two great Caribbean Chefs, who shared with her the secrets of cooking with Caribbean Spices and the luscious flavors of Southern Cuisine.
Chef Mayra discovered unique flavors in each cuisine, handpicked the best tasting components and created her own distinct “Taste of Heaven” combining the elements from various cultures, with her primary focus on Caribbean and Southern Cuisine.
As a skilled Culinary Professional, touted and recognized for her abilities to combine distinct and unique flavors and her comprehensive knowledge of a variety of cuisines, she also has the ability to provide a customized dining experience and an atmosphere so often described as a “Garden of Delight.” She is committed to providing her Patrons with unforgettable and healthy dining experience.
