MATCHA COCONUT WATER ICE CUBES
YIELD: 4 CUPS WORTH OF ICE CUBES TOTAL TIME: OVERNIGHT FREEZE
In a bowl, combine 2 cups coconut water with matcha powder. Stir until matcha is dissolved. Fill ice cube trays half full of the matcha mixture and freeze. Once frozen, fill remaining half of the ice cube tray with coconut water. Freeze. Serve with your fav inut milk.

Homemade Maple Hemp Milk (Fast & Easy)

I make small batches of this maple hemp milk as it's very easy to make and tastes best within the first couple of days. If preferred, you can double the batch, refrigerate and optimally use within 3 days.
Serves: 2¼ cups
Notes Hemp Seed Pulp: There shouldn't be much remaining after you strain the hemp milk as hemp seeds do blend up fairly easily, but any pulp from your cheesecloth or nut milk bag can be tossed into oatmeal or baked recipes (such as granola or muffins).

Although she has not had a brick and mortar location for a couple of years now, she remains at the forefront of vegan cooking in Vegas by doing a wide variety of vegan events and continues to excite people's tastebuds, touch their hearts with her food, and champion compassionate choices when it comes to our diets and the well being of our individual temples, and the planet as a whole.
